Summer Time Weather Prediction

Summer Time is almost here. It is now time to predict the weather in some parts of the country during this soon coming summer time. I predict that the Great Lake Regions (Michigan, Indiana, and Ohio) and the Northeastern part of the Country (the New England States, New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania) will be warmer than normal for this summer. I predict that the Northwestern part of the country (Washington, Oregon, and Idaho) will be cooler than normal this summer. And I predict that the states of Arizona, New Mexico, and Colorado will be hotter than normal this summer.
